Long story short, we're a small group of professional artists who are passionate about mentorship, creating awesome resources, and helping YOU create at your best.

Most of our products are delivered digitally through an automated process immediately after purchasing. You can download your products through prompts on the order confirmation page, OR, through your customer account.

If you feel you've been left hangin', please CONTACT US, and we'll assist as best we can!

Due to the nature of our digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds will be allowed under any circumstances after the digital content has been downloaded.

If you have not downloaded your purchased content and require a refund please CONTACT US as we handle refunds on a case by case basis

Most customers will create accounts at the time of their first purchase/checkout. This allows the customer to view their order history more quickly.

To create an account without making a purchase, click the Account icon at the top right of our website. Below the login credentials, you will see a "Create An Account" link.

We require customers to create an account for the sole purpose of better serving them. Having a customer account allows our customer service to run more smoothly and expedite help when needed.

It also allows you, as a customer to have easy access to your order history and product downloads.

On the account login screen, you will see a "forgot password?" link in the password field. This link will help guide you through the process of resetting your password.

Immediately after purchasing, you will have a download button on your "order status page" confirming your order. This will redirect you to your download area.

You can also download your content via your customer account under "orders" and clicking "access downloads" next to your order.

Immediately after purchase, a confirmation email is sent to you as a purchase receipt.

You can also find your order information when logged into your customer account under "orders."

No. The copyright to CG Hack's products and all assets remain with us. However, upon purchasing our products, you are licensed to use our products for any personal or commercial project you create or own the copyright for.

Nooooope! Seriously though, we love when artists shout us out, but there's no need to do so!

The short answer is no. While we understand that there are times that this is necessary, due to our licensing, we require any owner of our intellectual property to purchase the files. In this case, that would include clients requesting the use of our assets in their layered project files.
